Sivan is the month of expressed creativity.  It is also a time that we can focus more on meditation.  What an awesome time to merge the two and find more creative ways to meditate.  The Kabbalists have given us many various forms of meditation.  We can be creative in how we choose to use them and mix them with our own techniques.  For example, there may be a Kabbalistic blessing that really speaks to you.  Try chanting it or taking a walk in nature while you repeat it as a mantra.  Remember that meditation is a tool that assists us in our transformation.  So this week, be creative when meditating.

Post Shavuot Vacation
We will be taking a break from all Tuesday night studies until our next Rosh Chodesh connection on Tuesday, July 1st. However, we will continue to have our Kabbalat Shabbat connections on Friday nights.
