This week we are given the opportunity to connect to a unique energy, the energy of Lag B'Omer. This marks a break in the negativity and the Light begins to return as the judgement period ends. On Shavuot, we receive the Torah. On Lag B'Omer we receive the soul of Torah, its inner aspect. The Zohar is the soul of Torah, the mystical and true meaning of what Torah is saying. In addition to that, we celebrate and honor Rav Shimon Bar Yochai, the one responsible for the Zohar. We hope you will join us for our connection.

This past Friday night, we had a Kabbalat Shabbat for Healing. I can't thank everyone enough who was part of that call. The energy was amazing and I don't know if I have ever felt closer to the Light and to all of you. We will have to do this monthly as we pray for healing for those who are ill, as well as healing for our nation and the world. Thank you again.

Shabbat Calls
Several people, who live on the West coast, have expressed an interest in our Shabbat calls. Our normal study calls and connection calls will continue to be held at 9:00 PM ET, unless otherwise stated. However, we will hold the Kabbalat Shabbat and Havdalah calls at 10:00 PM ET to assure that it is Shabbat or close to it on the West coast.

Counting of The Omer
