Healing is an energy which restores and regenerates us on every level.  How do we connect to this energy?  Simply by opening our hearts and minds to the Light.  The Kabbalists teach that all disease begins within, from the moment we close ourselves to the Light.  When we allow stress to overcome us, sickness is the result that follows, it is the effect.  By connecting to the Light through the various tools that Kabbalah offers us, we secure our own insurance policy.  In connecting though, it's important to remember that action speaks louder than words.  We must LIVE our connection, live what we are learning from the wisdom of Kabbalah.  It is then that we can be healed and allow ourselves to be a channel of that healing energy to others.

K4A Back On Course!
