Week of 02/25/07
7 Adar 5767

Are you feeling the joy of Adar yet?  Joy is all around us this month, in fact we should try and find the joy in EVERYTHING.  Sometimes this is difficult because we don't see the full picture.  Keep increasing joy in your life this week.  When we begin next week, we will begin it with the joyful celebration of Purim.  We begin this week with the death anniversary of Moses.  Kabbalah reminds us that death is only an illusion and when we die, we simply change form.  Moses was the greatest prophet to ever live, he was the conduit for the Torah.  He was truly a blessing, he made his life a blessing.  What are we doing to make our lives a blessing, not just to ourselves but to everyone we come in contact with?

Purim Connection Next Sunday
Join us next Sunday, March 4th for our Purim Connection.  During the connection we will hear the reading of the M'gilat Esther which will connect us to Purim's energy.  The Kabbalists tell us that in the day of the Mashiach, every day will be like Purim.  We invite you to connect with us via conference call.  Click Here to RSVP.

Fasting & Kabbalah
This coming Friday, March 2, is called the fast of Esther.  In the Purim story, Esther asked the people of Israel to fast so they could effect a change and wake up the Light during the darkest day of the year.  When we fast, we restrict the desire to receive for the self alone.  Kabbalah recommends we fast that day so as to prepare our vessel for the Light which flows on Purim.
