Each week we are given the greatest gift, a time of renewal, a time of rest, a time to connect to the Light in a most powerful way. This is the gift of Shabbat. When we connect to the energy of Shabbat we are given what we need to carry us through the week.

Our Shabbat Morning Connection uses prayers, songs and study of Torah to help us connect to this powerful energy and allows us to do this in a community setting from the comfort of our own homes.

	A Kiddush Cup or Wine Glass (filled with with Kosher Wine or Grape Juice.)

It is suggested that you print this and put it in sheet-protector pages and put it in a binder so you can use it on your own and for future connections.)
