Rosh Chodesh literally means new month. Kabbalah teaches us that each month of the Hebrew calendar has a special energy that we can connect to in order to gain control over our lives.

Our Rosh Chodesh Connection uses prayers, songs and meditations designed to help us connect to the powerful energy that each new month has to offer.

	2 Candles in Candle Holders and an Extra Candle. (Shabbat Candles preferably, can be found in most supermarkets).
	A Kiddush Cup or Wine Glass (filled with with Kosher Wine or Grape Juice.)
	Challah or Other Bread for Blessing.

It is suggested that you print this and put it in sheet-protector pages and put it in a binder so you can use it on your own and for future connections.)
