Just as we usher in Shabbat with Kabbalat Shabbat on Friday night, it is likewise a special connection to bid Shabbat farewell and greet the new week.  Havdalah does just that.  Our Havdalah Connection consists of blessings and a meditation geared toward the new week ahead.

	Havdalah Candle (You can also use a candle that has 2 or more wicks or 2 matches held together.)
	A Kiddush Cup or Wine Glass (Filled with with Kosher Wine or Grape Juice.)
	A Small Dish with Spices Like Cinnamon, Cloves, Allspice. (Use one or a mix of the following: cinnamon, cloves, allspice, nutmeg, cardamom.)
