During the month of Elul (Virgo), it is important to turn
inward and reflect on the past year. Teshuvah, which
means "to return," is the focus for this month. Through a
daily connection called S'lichot and meditation, we are able
to return to the root of our negative actions and ask forgiveness. We
also make the return to our soul-root and to the Light.
Our weekly Elul Connection takes portions of the S'lichot
Connection and weaves them with meditation geared towards preparing
us for the High Holy Days (Rosh Hashanah & Yom Kippur).
